Summary: Seeking an experienced CCTV Maintenance Engineer/Team Lead to oversee maintenance operations, ensure compliance with Qatar MOI SSD requirements, and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong troubleshooting knowledge in CCTV, IP networking, NVRs, and storage We are looking for an experienced **CCTV Maintenance Engineer / Team Lead** with strong knowledge of **Qatar MOI Security Systems Department (SSD) requirements**. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the CCTV maintenance team. * Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, storage, switches, cabling, and network\-related issues. * Attend critical service calls and ensure faults are resolved within the required response time. * Ensure CCTV systems comply with **Qatar MOI SSD requirements**. * Handle MOI inspection preparation, rectification works, and compliance issues. * Monitor technician performance and ensure proper quality of work. * Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth maintenance operations. **Requirements** * 1\-3 years of CCTV maintenance experience. * Previous experience leading or supervising a technical team. * Strong knowledge of **Qatar MOI SSD standards, inspections, and approval requirements**. * Strong troubleshooting knowledge in CCTV, IP networking, PoE switches, NVRs, and storage. * Good communication and team management skills. * Qatar driving license is preferred.
