The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil maintenance, building infrastructure, and facilities management operations, ensuring the efficient maintenance and upkeep of assigned facilities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering. * Facilities Management (FM) experience is preferred. * Strong knowledge of building maintenance, structural repairs, and civil works. * Ability to manage maintenance activities, contractors, and site inspections. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
