Strong knowledge of claims management and dispute resolution Role Overview: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of all project contracts, including preparation, negotiation, administration, claims, and closeout in compliance with FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent contractual frameworks. Minimum Qualifications \& Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying (BSc/BEng); a postgraduate qualification (MSc or MBA) is preferred * Minimum 15–20 years of experience in contracts management within the water/wastewater or infrastructure EPC sector * Proven experience with FIDIC Red Book, Yellow Book, and/or NEC3/NEC4 contract administration * Strong knowledge of claims management, variation orders, EOT (Extension of Time) claims, and dispute resolution procedures * Familiarity with GCC/MENA regulatory and contractual environments is highly desirable * Professional certification such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is an advantage * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Work Location: In person
