Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams Shelter Group is seeking a highly skilled **Architectural Draftsman** to join our dynamic construction and fit\-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed architectural and interior fit\-out shop drawings, ensuring full coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, and delivering accurate technical documentation that supports successful project execution. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed **architectural and interior fit\-out shop drawings** using **AutoCAD and Revit**. * Convert design concepts and IFC drawings into accurate, construction\-ready documentation. * Coordinate architectural drawings with **Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** systems. * Develop detailed drawings for **joinery, millwork, ceilings, wall finishes, flooring, and interior fit\-out elements**. * Incorporate client comments, site conditions, and design revisions into drawing packages. * Attend coordination meetings and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams. * Conduct site measurements, surveys, and verification of existing conditions. * Prepare and submit shop drawings, material details, and technical proposals for approvals. * Generate quantity take\-offs and technical data to support estimation and procurement activities. * Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and company drafting standards. * Maintain accurate drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation. Requirements ✅ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field. ✅ Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in architectural drafting, interior fit\-out, or construction projects. ✅ Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Revit** (mandatory). ✅ Strong understanding of architectural detailing, joinery, millwork, ceiling systems, and interior finishes. ✅ Experience coordinating architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines. ✅ Knowledge of construction methodologies, local building regulations, and industry standards. ✅ Ability to perform site measurements and produce accurate as\-built drawings. ✅ Strong attention to detail, problem\-solving, and communication skills. **Interested candidates may apply by sending their updated CV to:** **recruitment2025doha@gmail.com** Work Location: In person
