Achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for the hotel. The role focuses on increasing occupancy, banquet sales, corporate accounts, and overall profitability through proactive sales activities. * Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and generate new business opportunities including corporate, travel agents, and group business. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts. * Conduct hotel presentations, site inspections, and client meetings. * Coordinate with marketing and reservations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue. * Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. * Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales calls. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. * Collaborate with banquet and events teams for group bookings and functions. * Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales management. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles. * Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management/CRM software. * Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities. * Excellent presentation and organizational skills. Preferred Skills * Experience with corporate and MICE sales. * Knowledge of local hospitality market trends. * Multilingual abilities are an advantage. * Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
