Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for seamless payments. **Job Title:** Payment Support Coordinator **Company:** Gtrack\-On LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary:** Gtrack\-On LLC is seeking a meticulous and customer\-focused Payment Support Coordinator to assist in managing payment processes, troubleshooting payment\-related issues, and providing exceptional support to customers and internal teams. This role is vital to ensuring smooth financial transactions and maintaining high standards of service for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle and process customer payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and recorded in a timely manner * Provide first\-line support for payment\-related inquiries from clients, resolving issues and offering clear, helpful guidance * Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless payment processes * Assist in troubleshooting payment errors, discrepancies, and chargebacks, coordinating with internal departments to resolve them quickly * Maintain accurate records of transactions, payment logs, and customer interactions * Assist with reconciling payment data and generating reports for internal and external stakeholders * Support the development of payment\-related policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors * Monitor payment systems and recommend improvements for enhanced security and customer satisfaction * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data security and privacy policies related to payment processing **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field * 1–3 years of experience in payment support, finance, customer service, or a related role * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and payment management software * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with payment processing platforms, gateways, and financial systems * Knowledge of financial regulations and payment security protocols * Multilingual skills are a plus * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and development * A dynamic, fast\-paced work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation * Exposure to cutting\-edge payment technologies and financial systems Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
