Summary: White Foam Coffee Shop seeks an experienced Procurement Officer to manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure continuous stock availability in Qatar. Highlights: 1. Source and evaluate suppliers for diverse F&B and operational needs. 2. Negotiate best prices and terms to achieve optimal value. 3. Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities. **WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT OFFICER** White Foam Coffee Shop is looking for an experienced **Procurement Officer** with strong knowledge of the Qatar market, suppliers, pricing, and product sourcing. **Key Responsibilities** * Source and evaluate suppliers across the Qatar market for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while continuously identifying new vendors and better alternatives. * Negotiate the best prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements. * Compare quotations from multiple suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising quality. * Monitor market prices and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs. * Research and recommend alternative brands, products, and suppliers whenever needed. * Prepare purchase orders and ensure all purchases receive proper approval. * Follow up with suppliers to ensure on\-time deliveries and resolve any supply issues. * Monitor supplier performance in terms of pricing, quality, delivery, and service. * Maintain an updated supplier database, including contacts, catalogs, and price lists. * Coordinate with the Store Keeper, Central Kitchen, and Branch Managers to ensure continuous stock availability. * Prepare purchasing reports and support management with cost analysis and procurement planning. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or FMCG. * Strong knowledge of the Qatar supplier market and local distributors. * Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. * Ability to identify cost\-saving opportunities and reliable product alternatives. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement systems. * A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. **Location:** Qatar If you believe you're the right candidate, send your CV.
