Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily restaurant operations * Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control * Develop business growth strategies and increase profitability * Handle purchasing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management * Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team * Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence * Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall business KPIs Requirements: * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager * Strong finance and accounting knowledge * Experience in purchasing and supplier management * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to drive sales and business growth * Experience in restaurant operations is essential If you have the experience and passion to grow a successful restaurant business, we’d love to hear from you.
