Assist and support management and leadership teams in handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with all local, state, and federal laws and with company policies and standards. Report employee relations issues to Human Resources management. Respond to employee and management questions, requests, and concerns regarding the company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines. Disseminate employer\-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs information to employees. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I\-9 forms). Assist in logistics, administration, and organization of annual employee surveys. Answer telephone calls and record messages. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Comply with all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns. Enter and locate job\-related information using computers and/or point\-of\-sale systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
