Ensure water temperature and chemical quantities are appropriate for cleaning and properly documented. Assist with banquet food distribution. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Provide chefs with required supplies. Transport goods and ensure adequate inventory levels to support banquets and buffets. Store cleaned items in designated locations. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including dishwashers, manual wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and garbage disposals. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, discipline, motivation, and employee development. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate guest service needs and fulfill them. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
