Job Summary: An ERP Implementation Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing appropriate ERP solutions to ensure successful digital transformation. Development and delivery of training and support to end users ERP IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT Job Title ERP Implementation Consultant Purpose of the Role The ERP Implementation Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing appropriate ERP solutions, and ensuring the success of the organization’s digital transformation. The consultant works directly with clients and internal teams to ensure system alignment with operational processes and achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze client business requirements and current operational processes. * Develop ERP implementation plans and monitor project phases. * Configure and customize the system to meet organizational needs. * Manage data migration and integration with other systems. * Deliver training and support to end users. * Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance prior to go-live. * Monitor system performance post-implementation and resolve technical or operational issues. * Prepare technical documentation and user manuals. * Coordinate with development teams, technical support teams, and project managers. * Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * Practical experience in implementing ERP systems such as: * SAP * Oracle ERP * Microsoft Dynamics * Odoo * NetSuite * Strong understanding of business processes including: * Finance and Accounting * Human Resources * Procurement * Inventory * Sales * Manufacturing * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively within a team. * Proficiency in English is an added advantage. Technical Skills * Knowledge of databases and SQL. * Understanding of system integration fundamentals (APIs / Web Services). * Experience in report and dashboard development. * Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Preferred Qualifications * Professional certifications in ERP or project management (e.g., PMP). * Experience in digital transformation and change management. Work Environment * Work may be conducted either at the company’s office or on-site at the client’s location. * Travel may be required depending on project needs. Salary and Benefits Monthly Salary: QAR15,500.00 Work Location: On-site
