Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders. **Oracle Functional Consultant – SCM \& Procurement** **Contract Duration:** 1 Year (Extendable) **Work Location:** Onsite – Qatar **Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Oracle Functional Consultant – SCM \& Procurement** to support government and public sector transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Oracle E\-Business Suite (R12\) and Oracle Fusion Cloud** with hands\-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Procurement modules. The consultant will be responsible for end\-to\-end functional activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management. **Key Modules \& Functional Expertise** * Oracle Inventory Management * Oracle Purchasing * Oracle iProcurement * Oracle iSupplier Portal * Oracle Sourcing * Oracle Procurement Contracts * Oracle Service Procurement **Key Responsibilities** * Lead requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and configuration of Oracle SCM \& Procurement modules. * Support government procurement processes including compliance requirements, approval workflows, and audit controls. * Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and configuration documents. * Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT support, and post\-go\-live activities. * Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders. * Provide functional leadership and ensure successful delivery of Oracle SCM solutions. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 6–10\+ years of experience as an **Oracle SCM Functional Consultant**. * Strong functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and Procurement processes. * Hands\-on experience with **Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation projects**. * Experience in **Oracle E\-Business Suite (R12\)**. * Minimum one full lifecycle Oracle implementation experience. * Prior experience working on **government/public sector projects** is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of procurement workflows, approvals, compliance, and controls. * Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and manage functional tracks. **Language Requirements** * **Arabic \& English fluency is mandatory.** **Interested candidates with relevant Oracle Fusion SCM \& Procurement experience are encouraged to apply.** Work Location: In person
