We support organizations in achieving their environmental, ESG, and sustainability objectives through innovative services focused circular economy practices, landfill reduction, and responsible material recovery and recycling. We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sustainability Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management, with a passion for sustainability, recycling, and environmental solutions. ***Key Responsibilities*** \* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for sustainability, and recycling, \* Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, market research, and industry events. \* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial facilities, contractors, consultants, and government entities. \* Understand client sustainability goals, waste diversion needs, and environmental compliance requirements, and recommend tailored recycling and waste management solutions. \* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, quotations, and business cases for sustainability services. \* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long\-term partnerships. \* Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution, service delivery, and client onboarding. \* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging opportunities in sustainability, circular economy, and environmental services. \* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, revenue goals, and business development KPIs. \* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools. \* Support strategic business development initiatives that promote recycling, waste reduction, landfill diversion, and sustainable growth. ***Qualifications*** \* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Environmental Science / Engineering / Sustainability, or a related field. \* 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management, or client relationship management. \* Experience in recycling services, sustainability, industrial services, or B2B solution sales is preferred. \* Strong understanding of business development, lead generation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation. \* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. \* Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop long\-term partnerships. \* Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. \* Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, circular economy, waste diversion, or environmental compliance is an advantage. \* Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. ***Skills*** \* Business development and B2B sales \* Lead generation and client acquisition \* Account management and customer relationship management \* Proposal development and commercial negotiation \* Market research and competitor analysis \* Sustainability and recycling solutions awareness \* Waste management and resource recovery knowledge \* CRM software and MS Office proficiency \* Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
