Conduct design reviews and establish engineering best practices across projects. **Research \& Innovation:** Drive technology exploration, market analysis, and product innovation initiatives to ensure the company remains competitive and forward\-thinking. **Stakeholder Management:** Present product strategies, development plans, and business cases to executive leadership, clients, and strategic partners. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For?** **Experience:** 8\+ years of experience in electronics product development, hardware engineering, or related fields, with at least 3\-5 years in a senior leadership position. **Portfolio:** A proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of commercial electronic products, smart devices, or industrial technology solutions. **Tooling:** Strong expertise in electronics design, embedded systems, product lifecycle management, prototyping, manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and cross\-functional product development methodologies. **Language Skills:** English is required for leadership communication, client engagement, and technical documentation. Arabic is considered an advantage. **Mindset:** You are strategic, innovative, and execution\-focused.
