Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all household staff, including housekeepers, drivers, cooks, nannies, and other domestic employees. * Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure high\-quality service. * Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. * Coordinate staff schedules, leave requests, and daily operations. * Monitor household supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary. * Inspect completed work and address any performance or operational issues. * Assist in organizing household events and special requests when required. * Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times. * Ensure compliance with household policies and service standards. * Report directly to the employer or designated family representative. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in household supervision, hospitality, or a similar role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent organizational and communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple household operations efficiently. * Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. * Experience working in a private residence or VIP/VVIP household is an advantage. * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. * Must be willing to stay in (live\-in position). * Can join immediately and locally available in Qatar.
