Promote a strong safety culture through coordination with project teams. **Job Vacancy: HSE Officer / HSE Manager** **Position:** HSE Officer / HSE Manager **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Description:** We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer / HSE Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment across all project sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations. * Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. * Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE standards and client requirements. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports. * Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions. * Monitor site activities and recommend corrective actions when necessary. * Maintain HSE documentation and records. * Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. * NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory). * Minimum 5\-8 years of HSE experience in the construction industry in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Safety Regulations. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. * Valid QID with NOC preferred. * Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
