Negotiate lease agreements and ensure successful deal closures Leasing Executive – Real Estate We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Executive to join our growing real estate team in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities: **Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.** Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed property information. **Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.** Negotiate lease agreements and ensure successful deal closures. **Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active database of leads.** Assist clients throughout the leasing process and provide excellent customer service. **Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams.** Stay updated on market trends and available properties in Qatar. Requirements: **Previous experience in real estate leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.** Strong communication and negotiation skills. **Ability to achieve leasing targets and work in a fast\-paced environment.** Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage. **Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.** Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
