Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems across the branch. This role requires strong problem\-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line technical support to staff and clients. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications. * Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with data security standards. * Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates. * Collaborate with IT teams on upgrades, projects, and digital initiatives. * Train staff on IT tools, applications, and best practices. * Liaise with vendors and service providers for technical support. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration. * Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals. * Experience with enterprise IT systems or cloud platforms is an advantage. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
