Summary: Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility inspections, maintenance scheduling, and technician supervision, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. Highlights: 1. Lead and train maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency. 2. Manage facility systems and contribute to budget development. 3. Promote quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. **Brief Role Description:** * Responsible for inspecting the facilities to determine problems and necessary maintenance. * Preparing completing the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules and allocate works required. * Supervising and training the maintenance technicians. * Supervising maintenance technicians during repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.). * Inspecting and maintaining building systems (heating, ventilation etc.). * Contributing to the development of maintenance budget. * Ensuring compliance as per the Client’s KPI. * Monitoring the inventory of materials and equipment. * Ensuring that the facilities is running efficiently by overseeing both the personnel and the equipment. * Palling operations policies and procedures, managing facility workers and supervising usage of supplies and equipment for Hotel Park. * Coordinating and integrating the activities of all operations systems within the facilities for seamless efficiency such as purchasing of equipment, distribution of information through briefing and de\-briefing. * Should be creative in managing the facilities that reduce costs and improve efficiency, productivity and safety. * Responsible for timely execution of work, coordination with vendors and contractors to get the work done. * Ensuring adherence and promoting quality, health, safety and environmental requirements and practices always. **Skill Set \& Qualifications:** * 5 years’ experience in maintenance team supervisor or similar role. * Understanding of budgeting, planning and performance management. * Must be IT literate, numerate and analytical. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral. * Must be fluent in written and oral English language. * Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and training. * Ability to analyses processes and make recommendations for improvements. * Strong people management and leaderships skills in multi\-cultural setting. * Ability to motivate and manage a team. * Organized, able to priorities and adhere to strict guidelines. * Qatari Driving license is a plus Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: From QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
