Role Overview The **ERP Specialist** will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing ERP systems to support business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems to support business operations. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ERP workflows. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP\-related issues. * Train end\-users and prepare documentation for ERP processes. * Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards. * Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements. * Support integration of ERP with other business applications. * Stay updated on ERP trends and recommend adoption of new features. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation and support. * Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and ERP customization. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Familiarity with Qatari business practices and regulatory requirements is a plus.
