Your goal is to ensure every unit under our care remains in pristine condition while providing world\-class customer service. **Your Daily Portfolio:** * **Tenant Relations:** Act as the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, lease renewals, and move\-in/move\-out inspections with a "guest\-first" attitude. * **Maintenance Coordination:** Oversee work orders from inception to completion.
