Key Responsibilities **Infrastructure Management** Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environments **Cloud and Virtualization** Manage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and maintain virtualized environments **System Monitoring and Performance** Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through monitoring and proactive optimization **Security and Compliance** Implement security best practices including firewalls, access control, and data protection policies **Disaster Recovery and Backup** Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity **Automation and Optimization** Improve efficiency through automation of infrastructure processes and deployments **Stakeholder Collaboration** Work with development and operations teams to support system requirements and infrastructure planning What We Are Looking For **Experience** 6 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administration At least 2 years in a senior or lead role **Technical Skills** Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with networking, firewalls, VPN, and security systems Hands on experience with virtualization and containerization Familiarity with scripting and automation tools **Certifications** Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or similar are an advantage **Problem Solving** Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues **Communication Skills** Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders **Mindset** Proactive, detail oriented, and focused on building reliable and scalable systems Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR15,000\.00 \- QAR18,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
