The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating multimedia content, and handling all aspects of content production — from concept to execution — including video shooting, photography, and editing. The role also requires the use of modern tools, including AI technologies, to enhance creativity and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) * Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) * Shoot and produce high\-quality video content using professional equipment * Capture professional photos for marketing and branding purposes * Set up and operate audiovisual equipment (camera, lighting, microphones, etc.) * Edit videos and photos to a professional standard * Design creative visuals for digital campaigns * Use AI tools (Kling AI, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance content creation * Monitor performance and optimize content strategy **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Proven experience in social media management and content creation * Hands\-on experience with **professional audiovisual equipment and video production** * Strong skills in **video shooting, photography, and lighting setup** * Proficiency in video editing and photo retouching * Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) * Familiarity with AI tools and content automation * Creative, detail\-oriented, and self\-motivated * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Location: In person
