




Summary: The CCTV Engineer plans, supervises, and executes CCTV inspections of drainage and sewage networks to assess asset condition, identify defects, and support maintenance and rehabilitation. The **CCTV Engineer** is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing CCTV inspections of drainage and sewage networks to assess asset condition, identify defects, and support maintenance and rehabilitation activities. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and project procedures while providing technical recommendations to improve network performance and reliability. **Responsibilities (but not limited to):** * Plan, supervise, and review CCTV inspection activities for drainage and sewage networks in accordance with client standards and project requirements. * Analyze CCTV survey data and identify structural, operational, and service defects within pipelines and network assets. * Prepare condition assessment reports, defect coding, and rehabilitation recommendations. * Coordinate with O\&M, planning, and maintenance teams to prioritize corrective actions based on inspection findings. * Ensure CCTV inspection equipment, software, and associated systems are properly maintained and calibrated. * Review inspection records, videos, and reports for quality and accuracy. * Monitor contractor and subcontractor CCTV activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements. * Support asset management, rehabilitation planning, and emergency response activities through network condition assessments. * Maintain inspection databases and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. * Participate in audits, client meetings, and client inspections as required. **Experience:** * Minimum **10 years** of experience in CCTV inspection and condition assessment of drainage and sewage networks. * Experience working on **l**ocal authority, municipal, or utility infrastructure projects is preferred. * Certification or training in CCTV pipeline inspection systems and defect coding standards is an advantage. * Familiarity with asset management and rehabilitation planning practices. **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. **Others:** * UPDA\-registered / or to obtain this year (For engineering degree holder) * *Note: As per Qatar Law all engineer professionals must be registered to Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME)* *by taking and passing the UPDA exam.* **Job Location:** * Doha, Qatar **Language:** English Candidates may also send their credentials at info.qatar@aguasdevalencia.com Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Joining period (in months): * Current Monthly Salary (in QAR): * Expected Monthly Salary (in QAR): * Current Location: * UPDA: * NOC Available: * Driving License: Work Location: In person
