Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil \& Gas projects, with expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting. The candidate should be proficient in Primavera P6 and capable of supporting project execution from planning through completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6\. * Prepare baseline schedules, look\-ahead plans, and recovery schedules. * Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations. * Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Track manpower, equipment, and resource utilization. * Support project controls, forecasting, and earned value analysis. * Participate in planning meetings and provide schedule updates. * Ensure compliance with client specifications and project requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the Oil \& Gas industry. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel. * Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and project controls. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience with EPC, shutdown, maintenance, or construction projects is preferred. * Valid QID with transferable visa/NOC is preferred.
