Interpret isometric drawings and heat treatment procedures Job Description: * Perform local and furnace PWHT on piping, pressure vessels, and structural components. * Set up heaters, ceramic pads, thermocouple attachments, insulation, and control units. * Monitor heating, soak time, ramp rates, and controlled cooling in accordance with procedures. * Operate PWHT control panels, temperature recorders, and transformers. * Interpret isometric drawings, heat treatment procedures, and client specifications. * Maintain accurate heat charts and ensure calibration certificates are up to date. * Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure reliability and safety. * Follow all company HSE standards and permit\-to\-work systems. * Coordinate with welders, NDT teams, supervisors, and clients during operations. Qualification:\- 2–5 years’ experience performing PWHT in the NDT, fabrication, or oil \& gas industry. Hands\-on experience with resistance heating systems, furnaces, and temperature control units. Technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred). PWHT training or certification from a recognized institution (advantageous).
