Summary: We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites, ensuring execution as per standards and timelines. Highlights: 1. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) 2. Ensure installations comply with project specifications and local regulations 3. Resolve technical issues and manage resources effectively **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites. The candidate must ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory for site mobility. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day\-to\-day MEP activities on\-site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems). * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Ensure all installations comply with project specifications and local authority regulations in Qatar. * Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met. * Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. * Identify and resolve technical issues on\-site. * Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively. * Liaise with project managers and clients regarding project updates. * Ensure timely completion of MEP works within budget. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision (preferably in Qatar or GCC). * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and firefighting systems. * Familiarity with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and local authority regulations. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of testing \& commissioning procedures. * Basic computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Accommodation Provided Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
