Detect and fix leaks and blockages in plumbing systems Mechanical Systems Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust). Inspect chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and piping. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment. Electrical Systems Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, lighting, and power systems. Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure safe operation. Maintain generators, UPS systems, and emergency lighting. Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Plumbing Systems Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Maintain pumps, valves, and plumbing fittings. Detect and fix leaks and blockages. Ensure proper functioning of sanitary and drainage systems. General Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs. Maintain maintenance logs and service reports. Follow safety procedures and comply with regulations. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for major repairs. Use tools and testing equipment safely and effectively. Skills \& Competencies Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read MEP drawings and technical manuals. Troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Teamwork and communication skills. Qualifications Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or related field. 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or installation. Knowledge of building maintenance systems. Basic computer skills for reporting (preferred). Working Conditions Work in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. May require shift duties and emergency call\-outs. Physical work including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
