Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients Roles and Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the structural design and analysis of projects. * Oversee the preparation and review of structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters. * Diversified experience in multi\-disciplinary projects, High rise, commercial, hotels, hospitality shopping Centers with big engineering consultancy firms. * Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project requirements and design solutions. * Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with codes and standards. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources * Ensure that all designs and construction documents comply with applicable codes and regulations. * Review and respond to RFIs and change orders during construction phase * Extensive experience with structural /civil analysis software, including RISA\-3D, STAAD Pro and ETABS etc. and general business software * UPDA / MMUP Grade A is mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile * Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering * Minimum of 12\-15 years of experience in structural design engineering * Minimum of 7 years of experience in Qatar (Mandatory) * Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations * Experience with structural analysis and design software * Strong project management and leadership skills * Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines * MMUP Grade A is a must * Prefer resident in Qatar with NOC Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
