Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice. **SEO and Performance Optimization:** Drive organic growth through keyword research, search intent mapping, and continuous content optimization based on performance data. **Content Planning and Execution:** Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and multi channel distribution strategies aligned with business goals. **Data and Insights:** Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to refine content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content initiatives with company objectives. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 6 plus years in content strategy, digital publishing, or content marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role. **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital media trends. **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to manage and develop high performing content teams. **Technical Skills:** Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console. **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
