Define and maintain design systems and component libraries **UX/UI Designer — Job Description** **About the role** We’re seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and visually polished digital experiences across web and mobile. You’ll translate product goals and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and pixel\-perfect interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. **Key responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end design for features and flows: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI. * Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing; translate findings into actionable design changes. * Create user flows, wireframes, high\-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and documentation for cross\-team use. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to ensure design intent is implemented accurately. * Translate product requirements into clear, user\-centered interfaces that meet accessibility standards (WCAG). * Iterate on designs based on quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback. * Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders; present work to cross\-functional teams. * Support visual design tasks: iconography, typography, layout, motion, and responsive design patterns. **Required qualifications** * 3\+ years experience in UX/UI or product design for web and/or mobile products. * Strong portfolio demonstrating user\-centered product design, interaction design, and visual UI. * Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar). * Solid understanding of user\-centered design principles, interaction patterns, and accessibility (WCAG). * Experience with responsive design and working with design systems/components. * Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and defend design decisions. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience working in cross\-functional Agile teams. * Basic familiarity with front\-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and handoff workflows. * Experience conducting user research and moderating usability tests. * Experience designing for complex data\-driven interfaces or B2B products. * Knowledge of motion design and micro\-interactions.
