Develop 3D visualizations, models, and renderings (advantageous) **Candidate must:** **\- CV's without AutoCAD shopdrawing sample will not be reviewed.** **\- Wihtout BOQ sample the CV will not review it.** **\- Immediate joining** HMR Contracting and Services seeks a **Fit\-Out Engineer** with proven experience in **interior fit\-out projects**, ideally within the commercial or residential sectors. **Key Responsibilities** **\- Technical and Design Expertise** * **Prepare** and review **AutoCAD** and **2D shopdrawings, plans, details, and layouts** for interior fit\-out projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards. * (Advantageous) Develop **3D visualizations, models, and renderings** to enhance design presentations. **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fit\-out or construction projects, preferably **interior design and fit\-out work**. * **Languages:** Proficient in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). **Technical Skills:** * Proficient in AutoCAD and related software for 2D technical drawings. * knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino) is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in Doha or familiarity with regional regulations is highly desirable. * Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
