The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, creating technical designs, and supporting project planning from initial inquiry through execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates. * Develop technical designs and layout drawings in compliance with industry standards. * Prepare BOQs, material take‑offs, quotations, and tender submissions. * Coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing, technical data, and material submittals. * Ensure all designs comply with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. * Support project team with clarifications, revisions, and design updates as needed. * Maintain organized records of estimates, drawings, and project documentation. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in estimation and/or design (preferably in MEP, ELV, or Fire Protection). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong understanding of project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. * Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Must have a valid QID Job Type: Full\-time
