Summary: This role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with project teams for interior fit-out projects. Highlights: 1. Review tender documents and prepare detailed quantity take-offs. 2. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams. 3. Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for interior fit\-out projects. * Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs and cost estimates. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs. * Prepare tender submissions, pricing breakdowns, and commercial proposals. * Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost\-saving measures. * Attend pre\-bid meetings and site visits when required. * Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for technical clarifications. * Maintain cost databases and historical records for future reference. * Ensure submissions are completed within deadlines and comply with client requirements. * Assist in post\-tender negotiations and contract finalization. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **EDUCATION:** BE, BTech in Civil Engineering or equivalent * **EXPERIENCE:** 3\-5 Years’ Experience as an estimator in fit\-out, interior designing or related industry. * **CRITERIA:** Should be available for immediate joining or 1 month notice Should be willing to relocate to KSA if necessary Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Experience: * Qatar Experience in Poles manufacturing or Steel fabrication: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Qatar Driving License (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred)
