Core Responsibilities * **Curriculum \& Planning**: Plan and deliver high\-quality, engaging lessons that follow the National Curriculum and align with the School Calendar. * **Teaching Standards**: Teach in accordance with the highest standards set by the United Kingdom Department for Education. * **Resource Management**: Maintain an organized, safe, and well\-resourced classroom environment. * **Administrative Accuracy**: Maintain precise records of student attendance, progress, and development using the school IMS. * **School Operations**: Carry out pre\-school, after\-school, and break\-time duties as directed by leadership. Student\-Centric Focus * **Differentiation**: Tailor instruction to meet the individual needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs. * **Holistic Assessment**: Regularly observe and monitor student progress to provide constructive feedback to both students and parents. * **Safe Environment**: Create a positive, inclusive, and well\-managed classroom that promotes respect and collaboration.
