Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM **Position Summary** We are looking for a compassionate, detail\-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate loves helping people, thinks quickly on their feet, and communicates clearly across multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution. * Troubleshoot common technical or product issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department. * Process orders, forms, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM. * Provide proactive follow\-up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction. * Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams (product, sales, marketing) to improve processes. * Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores). **QualificationsRequired** * High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred). * 1\+ years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong active listening and empathy skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Basic proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly. **Preferred** * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom). * Bilingual (fluency in \[second language] is a plus). * Previous experience in \[industry\-specific context, e.g., e\-commerce, SaaS, healthcare]. **Key Competencies** * Problem\-solving mindset * Attention to detail * Patience and emotional intelligence * Team collaboration * Time management Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: QAR75,000\.00 \- QAR85,000\.00 per year Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
