Seeking an experienced School Timetabler/Data and Systems Administrator responsible for managing timetabling, data, quality assurance, and system administration to ensure accurate and secure school information.

The School Timetabler/**Data and Systems Administrator** is responsible for managing the school’s **timetabling, data management, quality assurance and systems administration**, ensuring that academic and operational information is accurate, consistent, secure and fit for purpose.
The role will:
* **Lead and manage the school’s timetabling process**, including the creation, maintenance and validation of the master timetable.
* Manage **staff, student, subjects, courses, teaching groups, rooms, departments and scheduling data** within the timetabling system.
* Work closely with academic leaders to **build, adjust and optimise timetables**, resolve clashes and ensure effective use of staff, rooms and resources.
* Maintain accurate timetable information throughout the academic year and ensure changes are reflected across relevant school systems.
* Lead **data quality assurance, governance and data standards** across the school.
* Manage and validate **academic, operational and administrative data** across key systems, including iSAMS, Toddle, LAC, OpenApply and ClassLink.
* Oversee **data imports, exports, integrations, migration and reconciliation** between systems.
* Coordinate the **annual system rollover and academic year setup**, including student, staff, curriculum and timetable data.
* Coordinate school\-wide **data collection, reporting and statutory submissions**.
* Produce **reports, dashboards and data analysis** to support leadership decision\-making.
* Support **report cards, transcripts and other administrative data requirements**.
* Provide **training, guidance and support** to staff on data, timetabling and system processes.
* Work with **software vendors and system providers** to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
* Maintain data documentation, procedures and standards and identify opportunities for **continuous improvement and automation**.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have **3–5 years of experience in timetabling, data management, MIS or a similar role**, preferably within an international school or educational environment.
They should have:
* Strong experience with **school timetabling and scheduling**.
* Excellent data management and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving ability.
* Experience working with **complex datasets and multiple information systems**.
* Strong knowledge of **Excel, SharePoint and Power BI**.
* Experience with systems such as **iSAMS, Toddle, LAC, OpenApply, ClassLink and/or timetabling platforms** would be highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with academic and operational teams.
* A strong commitment to **data confidentiality, accuracy and governance**.
A **Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field** is preferred, with relevant professional certifications being advantageous.

Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month
