Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is pleased to invite applications for the position of **Shadow Teacher \& Assistant Teacher** to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role presents a meaningful opportunity for a committed and compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting students with disabilities and contributing to their academic, social, emotional, and personal development within an inclusive educational environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with Disabilities * Assist classroom teachers in implementing learning activities and individualized education plans (IEPs). * Support students in developing communication, social interaction, and daily living skills. * Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, specialists, and parents to ensure student progress and wellbeing. * Monitor and document student performance, behavior, and developmental progress. * Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in classroom and school activities. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. * Previous experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
