Lead and communicate effectively with labor teams and subcontractors We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Foreman to supervise construction site activities, manage workers, and ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines. The Site Foreman will act as a key link between site workers and engineers/management. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily construction site activities and workforce * Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is completed on time * Monitor construction progress and report updates to site engineers or project managers * Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on site * Inspect materials and workmanship for quality control * Enforce health and safety regulations on site * Resolve minor site issues and escalate major problems when needed * Maintain site records and daily activity reports **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Site Foreman in construction projects * Strong knowledge of **construction methods, tools, and site procedures** * Ability to read and understand **construction drawings and specifications** * Experience supervising labor teams and subcontractors * Good leadership and communication skills * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making ability * Knowledge of **health and safety regulations on construction sites** * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions * Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage) * Valid driving license is an advantage (depending on project needs) نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٧٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * construction Project: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * driver's License (Preferred) موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
