Collaborate with teams to ensure timely deliveries **Key Responsibilities** * **Transport Materials \& Equipment** \- Operate heavy vehicles such as dump trucks, cement mixers, trailers, and loaders to deliver construction materials and machinery. * **Site Operations Support** \- Move equipment between sites and assist in loading/unloading supplies. * **Safety Compliance** \- Follow all traffic and site safety regulations; ensure loads are properly secured. * **Vehicle Maintenance \-** Conduct routine inspections, report mechanical issues, and perform minor maintenance (fueling, cleaning). * **Documentation \-** Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and vehicle service records. * **Team Collaboration \-** Work closely with site supervisors, logistics teams, and equipment operators to ensure timely deliveries. **Required Qualifications** * **Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (CDL or equivalent)** * Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in construction or heavy transport. * Knowledge of **road safety laws** and **construction site protocols**. * Ability to operate **multiple heavy vehicles** (dump trucks, trailers, mixers). * Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Skills \& Competencies** * **Attention to detail** for load security and safe driving. * **Time management** to meet delivery schedules. * **Adaptability** to work in varying site conditions (dust, heat, uneven terrain). * **Physical stamina** for long hours and handling heavy loads. **Work Environment** * Primarily outdoors on construction sites. * Exposure to **noise, dust, and weather conditions**. * Requires adherence to **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)** standards.
