Summary: Seeking a proactive IT Support professional to provide hands-on, on-the-spot technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the service center. Highlights: 1. Proactively resolve IT issues before they become tickets. 2. Provide immediate support for urgent or high-severity incidents. 3. Ensure minimal disruption with fast response and proactive resolution. We are looking for a proactive **IT Support (Roving / Floor Support)** professional to ensure smooth IT operations across the service center by providing hands\-on, on\-the\-spot technical assistance. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively walk the service center floor to identify and resolve IT issues before they are logged as tickets * Provide immediate support for urgent or high\-severity incidents affecting multiple agents * Perform quick hardware replacements and swaps (e.g., headsets, cables, peripherals, and related devices) * Support supervisors and managers with day\-to\-day IT\-related requirements * Ensure minimal disruption to operations through fast response and proactive issue resolution ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field **Experience:** * 3–5 years of experience in desktop support or field services **Languages:** * Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory) **Certifications:** * CompTIA A\+ or equivalent certification (preferred) **Key Skills:** * Hands\-on troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals * Strong understanding of desktop support environments * Ability to provide quick, on\-site technical support * Strong communication and coordination skills
