Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective actions and support Shelter Facility Management Services is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **BMS Operator** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have **3–5 years of experience** in Building Management Systems within facility management, commercial buildings, hospitality, healthcare, residential, or industrial environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, and related building systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) and associated building systems through centralized control platforms. * Monitor HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ventilation systems, and temperature control operations. * Monitor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, and utility systems integrated with BMS. * Perform real\-time monitoring of alarms and system alerts and take immediate action on abnormalities. * Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate faults related to BMS systems and building equipment. * Generate and maintain daily operational logs, reports, alarm records, and system performance reports. * Coordinate with maintenance teams including HVAC, MEP, ELV, and facility staff for corrective actions. * Conduct routine system checks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with approved standards. * Monitor energy consumption and support optimization initiatives to improve system performance. * Perform preventive maintenance coordination and follow approved maintenance schedules. * Ensure all BMS equipment and controls are functioning effectively and accurately. * Attend emergency breakdowns and support troubleshooting activities. * Monitor building environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, pressure, and indoor air quality parameters. * Support testing and commissioning activities for newly installed systems where required. * Review trend logs and analyze system performance data to identify potential operational issues. * Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities. * Ensure proper documentation and record management of maintenance activities and operational events. * Comply with health, safety, and company operational procedures at all times. **Requirements** · Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field. · **3–5 years of experience** as a **BMS Operator** within Facility Management or building operations. · Experience operating BMS platforms such as: · Honeywell · Siemens · Schneider · Johnson Controls · Tridium/Niagara · Other BMS platforms · Strong knowledge of: · HVAC systems · Chillers · AHU / FCU systems · Electrical systems · Fire alarm systems · Pumps and utility systems · Building automation systems · Ability to interpret alarms, system trends, and operational data. · Good knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. · Good communication and reporting skills. · Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations. **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Experience in commercial towers, hospitals, malls, hotels, or large facilities. * Facility Management background preferred. * Knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage. * Candidates available in Qatar with transferable visa are preferred. * **Immediate joiners can apply** Pay: QAR1,700\.00 \- QAR2,200\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
