As we continue to expand and enhance our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and strategic **Property Director** to lead property operations, asset management, and facility performance across our resort properties. Position Overview The Property Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, facilities operations, asset preservation, capital improvement projects, and guest environment standards. This leadership role will ensure that company properties operate efficiently, maintain exceptional quality standards, and maximize long\-term asset value while supporting an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute property management strategies that align with organizational goals * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of resort facilities, accommodations, recreational amenities, and common areas * Manage property budgets, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and financial performance metrics * Lead facility maintenance, engineering, landscaping, housekeeping coordination, and asset preservation initiatives * Plan and oversee renovation, refurbishment, and capital improvement projects * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements * Develop preventive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance and longevity * Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, consultants, and service providers * Monitor guest satisfaction indicators related to property condition and facility quality * Collaborate with hospitality, operations, finance, and executive teams to support business objectives * Conduct property inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives * Lead and mentor property management, engineering, and facilities teams Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum 7\+ years of progressive property management or facilities leadership experience * Strong knowledge of resort operations, facility management, and asset preservation practices * Proven experience managing budgets, capital projects, and operational performance * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications * Experience in luxury resorts, hotels, hospitality properties, or mixed\-use developments * Professional certifications in property management, facilities management, hospitality, or engineering * Experience overseeing large\-scale renovation and capital improvement projects * Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and energy management programs * Multi\-property management experience is considered an asset What We Offer * Competitive executive\-level compensation package * Performance\-based bonus opportunities * Comprehensive benefits program * Professional development and leadership growth opportunities * Dynamic and hospitality\-focused work environment * Opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing premier resort properties Pay: QAR50,000\.00 \- QAR55,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
