Organize goods by department, appropriately label their storage locations in the warehouse, and deliver goods to the respective departments. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and forms. Reconcile delivery invoices and receiving reports to ensure correct quantities. Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing packages and mail for departments. Ensure the security of the reception area and its contents, and ensure secure package storage. Comply with all national, regional, and local regulations and directives regarding the shipment of hazardous materials. Ship all outgoing packages and mail. Verify the number and condition of packages upon receipt before handing them over to customers. Communicate with customers to notify them of package arrivals. Maintain an accurate tracking system for all shipments and receipts, including obtaining customer signatures upon package delivery. Communicate with the appropriate supervisor in case of lost or damaged packages. Report accidents, injuries, and any unsafe working conditions to the supervisor; attend required safety training and obtain necessary safety certifications. Follow and implement all supply chain safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; attend required safety training and obtain necessary safety certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company property. Reach objects above head height and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move across sloped, uneven, or slippery steps. Climb up and down service stairs and ramps. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position.
