Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will ensure that HR practices effectively support business objectives while fostering a positive and productive working environment. **Responsibilities** * Lead the day\-to\-day Human Resources function. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities. * Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters. * Lead performance management and annual appraisal processes. * Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives. * Coordinate learning and development programs. * Ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation. * Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management. * Manage HR budgets and departmental performance. * Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * 8\+ years of Human Resources experience, including management responsibility. * Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation. * Experience leading HR teams within a corporate environment. * Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. * Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR would be advantageous. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
