Summary: Seeking a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee project quality, ensure compliance, supervise inspections, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues. Highlights: 1. Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications 2. Supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors for timely inspections 3. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues promptly To ensure effective quality management and successful project execution, we kindly request the assignment of a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee and monitor the overall project quality activities. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for: * Monitoring all construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements, and applicable standards. * Supervising QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors to ensure timely inspections and quality control at all stages of the project. * Reviewing and monitoring Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective/preventive actions. * Ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP), approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project procedures. * Coordinating with the Consultant, Client, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality\-related issues promptly. * Monitoring the closure of defects, punch list items, and snagging activities prior to testing, commissioning, and handover. * Ensuring that all quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and handover documentation are complete and properly maintained. * Conducting regular quality audits and site surveillance to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures. * Reporting the overall project quality status, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions to project management. The appointment of a dedicated QA/QC Manager will strengthen quality assurance, improve compliance, minimize rework, and support the timely completion and successful handover of the project.
