The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between end\-users and the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily IT support activities and prioritize incoming service requests * Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system * Assign and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow\-up * Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system updates * Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network\-related problems * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues * Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when necessary * Support IT asset management, including inventory tracking and procurement coordination * Prepare reports on support performance, trends, and recurring issues * Contribute to the development of IT support procedures and documentation **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or service coordination * Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques * Experience with help desk or ticketing systems * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Familiarity with ITIL practices or service management frameworks * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles * Experience supporting enterprise applications and cloud\-based systems **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Professional growth and development opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
