The role requires hands\-on expertise in HVAC systems maintenance, with proven exposure to GCC working conditions and standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise team of mechanical technicians to comply with the preventive maintenance schedule. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults, ensuring minimal downtime. * Ensure HVAC systems operate in compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. * Coordinate with site/maintenance teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site\-specific safety protocols. **Required Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years' total experience in HVAC maintenance, including at least 3 years within the GCC region. * Prior experience in the energy sector or industrial/facilities maintenance environment preferred. * Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance best practices. **Other Requirements** * Willing and able to transfer sponsorship immediately upon selection. * Available to join immediately. * Male candidates, Arabic nationality only. ***Note: Shortlisting will be done through face to face/ online interview with the site project manager*** Pay: QAR7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
