Strong leadership and problem-solving skills We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations for paper bags, labels, and thermal paper products. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. * Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. * Monitor machine performance, productivity, and material utilization. * Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality control departments. * Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and wastage. * Supervise production staff and maintain efficient workflow. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare production reports and handle production troubleshooting. ***Requirement*****s** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Printing Technology, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. * Experience in paper bag, label printing, packaging, or thermal paper manufacturing preferred. * Strong leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes. ***Skills*** * Production planning and supervision * Team management * Process improvement * Quality assurance * Inventory and material management * Reporting and troubleshooting Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
