Career growth into Operations Director or General Manager roles **Job Summary:** Anfa Engineering Qatar W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Engineering \& Construction) to lead construction operations, engineering project execution, and overall site performance across multiple infrastructure and building projects. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, project delivery, safety compliance, and resource optimization while maintaining high engineering and construction standards. If you are an experienced construction and engineering operations leader, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s growing infrastructure sector. **What you'll do:** * Oversee daily engineering and construction operations across multiple project sites * Manage project execution, timelines, budgets, and operational performance * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants * Ensure compliance with construction quality standards and HSE regulations * Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and workforce productivity * Resolve operational and technical issues affecting project delivery * Oversee procurement coordination for materials, equipment, and subcontractors * Review engineering plans, site reports, and construction schedules * Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency * Prepare operational reports and updates for executive management **Requirements:** * Experience in engineering operations, construction management, or infrastructure project leadership * Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering workflows, and site operations * Proven ability to manage large\-scale construction teams and multiple projects * Strong understanding of HSE and quality compliance standards * Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operational KPIs * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving abilities * Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage **Why work with us:** * Join a growing engineering and construction company in Doha * Opportunity to lead major infrastructure and construction operations * Exposure to complex engineering and high\-value development projects * Strong focus on operational excellence, safety, and project delivery * Career growth into Operations Director or General Manager roles Pay: QAR18,000\.00 \- QAR30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
